Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms under which you may access and use the services provided by Reevol. This Policy applies from the moment you access or use our Platform and use our Services.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy shall have the meanings given in the applicable Platform Agreement (“Agreement”).

1. What You Cannot Do (Prohibited Activities)

Reevol has zero tolerance for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or high-risk use of its Services. As a general principle, Use of the Services is subject to compliance with all applicable card network rules, Payment Processor requirements, and partner policies, as updated from time to time. Failure to comply with such requirements constitutes a violation of this Policy

In particular, you may not use our Services for any activity that:

  • Breaches, or is intended to breach, any applicable local, national, or international law, regulation, or policy;

  • Causes Reevol or any affiliated entity to breach any applicable law or regulatory obligation;

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

  • Is intended to harm, exploit, or attempt to harm others, including minors;

  • Involves human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation;

  • Is abusive, incites hatred, discrimination, violence, or otherwise violates applicable content standards;

  • Involves unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam;

  • Distributes or facilitates harmful programs (e.g., malware, viruses, spyware, malicious code);

  • Circumvents system controls, manipulates platform safeguards, engages in deceptive user behavior, or misrepresents identity;
  • Structures transactions, entities, domains, or business models to circumvent this Policy, risk controls, reserves, monitoring thresholds, or compliance requirements.

  • Evades applicable taxes, levies, duties, or facilitates tax evasion;

  • Creates excessive disputes, complaints, reversals, chargebacks, or other liabilities for Reevol, its partners, or third parties;

  • Uses the Services outside the approved scope of business activity;

  • Relates to foreign exchange speculation, arbitrage, or unapproved investment activities;

  • Requires a license or regulatory approval that you do not hold or cannot demonstrate.

2. Prohibited Business Categories

Reevol does not provide Services to businesses that engage in, support, or facilitate transactions involving:

Illegal or High-Risk Activities

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized goods

  • Weapons manufacturing, sales, or military-grade items

  • Human trafficking or exploitation

  • Sale of endangered species or derived products

  • Sale of archaeological or cultural relics

  • Human remains or body parts (except strictly regulated programs)

Adult & Objectionable Content

  • Pornography, escort services, prostitution, or sexual services

  • Non-consensual, exploitative, or illegal sexual content

Fraud & Financial Misconduct

  • Transactions lacking genuine commercial purpose

  • Pooling of funds or cashing out credit/stored value instruments

  • Regulated financial services without proper licensing

Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Sale or distribution of infringing goods

  • Brand impersonation or misrepresentation

Other High-Risk or Restricted Categories

  • Cyberlocker or remote file-sharing access sales

  • Businesses outside Reevol’s internal risk appetite

  • Entities restricted under applicable payment network or our partners policies. Reevol may determine, in its sole discretion, whether an activity falls within a prohibited or restricted category, including activities that are substantially similar to those listed

3. Platform & Account Misuse

You may not use Reevol Services to:

  • Circumvent platform bans or create replacement accounts after termination for policy violations;

  • Bypass purchasing limits or Platform restrictions;

  • Exploit free trials or promotional offers for resale or arbitrage;

  • Manipulate ecommerce reviews or ratings;

  • Artificially inflate crowdfunding or pre-authorization activity;

  • Engage in installment or payment plan abuse;

  • Conduct inauthentic marketing, traffic manipulation, or deceptive growth practices.

4. Ineligible Entities

Reevol does not provide Services to:

  • Individuals or entities subject to international sanctions;

  • Financial institutions;

  • Bearer share entities or opaque ownership structures;

  • Any business category outside Reevol’s internal risk appetite or partner requirements.

5. Restricted Activities (Require Prior Approval)

You must obtain prior written approval from Reevol before using the Services for, or in connection with:

Financial Services

  • Deposit-taking, lending, BNPL, leasing, or credit services

  • Money transmission, currency exchange, or payment instrument issuance

  • Financial guarantees or underwriting

  • Trading in securities, derivatives, commodities, or foreign exchange

  • Cryptocurrency, virtual assets, NFTs, ICOs, stablecoins, tokenized assets

  • Portfolio management or investment fund administration

  • Insurance underwriting

Designated Non-Financial Businesses & Professions (DNFBPs)

  • Casinos, lotteries, betting tools

  • Real estate agents

  • Precious metals or high-value goods dealers

  • Lawyers, notaries, accountants handling client funds

  • Trust and company service providers

  • Entities collecting or disbursing funds on behalf of third parties
  • Entities processing transactions for goods, services, websites, brands or third parties not expressly disclosed to and approved by Reevol.

Approval may be conditioned on enhanced due diligence, licensing verification, and ongoing monitoring.

6. System Integrity & Security

You agree:

  • Not to copy or use any part of the Services in violation of the Agreement;

  • Not to access without authorization, interfere with, damage, or disrupt:


    • Any part of the Services;

    • Any equipment, network, or infrastructure used to provide the Services;

    • Any software supporting the Services;

    • Any third-party systems connected to the Services.

7. Enforcement

Violation of this Policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of access to the Services;

  • Reporting to relevant authorities;

  • Recovery of losses, damages, or liabilities;

  • Additional compliance reviews or restrictions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and any third parties acting on your behalf comply with this Policy. You are also responsible for activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

You must promptly provide accurate and complete documentation, information, and certifications reasonably requested by Reevol to verify compliance with this Policy, applicable law, or partner requirements. Failure to do so may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of Service.

Reevol reserves the right to update this Policy at any time to reflect regulatory, operational, or risk changes.

This Policy survives termination or expiration of the Agreement to the extent necessary to enforce rights, investigate violations, recover amounts owed, or comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
